SURFACE REPAIR KITS LAUNCHED FOR PLAYGROUNDS

If you ever need to repair wet-pour safety surfacing, then the new Replay Surface Repair Kits are going to be of interest.  A new concept in repairing impact-absorbing safety surfacing in children’s playgrounds, the Repair Kits contain all the raw materials needed to make minor repairs to damaged or vandalised areas of wet-pour surfacing.  And it all comes in a neat and handy bag.
 
The kits can be used with any make of wet-pour surfacing and are available in 13 colours.  There are two types of kit available - one for the base layer and one for the top layer.  How much you need depends on the size of the area to be repaired plus the depth of the existing wet pour.  The base layer kit is sufficient to cover 0.3 m² at 25mm depth, the top layer to cover 0.3 m² at 15mm depth.

Each kit contains rubber granules (2-8mm grade for base layer granules and 1-3mm grade for top layer granules), Replay binder, technical data and full instructions for use.  Simple to use, repairs can be undertaken with minimal training. Repairing wet-pour surfacing has never been easier or more cost-effective.
